This website is operated by Of This Place Apparel. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Of This Place Apparel. By visiting our site and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Products

All products are made to order. Because we print on garment-dyed blanks, colour varies slightly between pieces — this is a characteristic of the garment-dyeing process, not a defect. Product images and mockups are representative; the actual garment may vary slightly in colour and print placement.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing and accuracy

Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund in that case.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and images on this site are the property of Of This Place Apparel unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
