Refund policy

All sales are final

Every piece we sell is printed to order. Nothing is made until you buy it, and nothing gets restocked afterward — which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or because a size did not fit the way you hoped.

Please use the size guide before ordering. Comfort Colors runs relaxed and boxier than a modern fitted tee, and per-size measurements are listed on every product page. If you are stuck between two sizes, email us before you order and we will help you choose.

If something is wrong with your order

We stand behind what we make. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is simply not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost to you.

Send your order number and a photo of the issue to ofthisplace@outlook.com. You do not need to ship the original item back.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 30 days and we will look into it with the carrier.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once you cover the return shipping cost. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us immediately — we can usually stop an order within the first few hours, but once printing has begun we cannot cancel it.
