Shipping policy

Made to order

Every piece is printed when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means less waste and no leftover stock — but it also means production takes a little time before anything ships.

Production: typically 2–5 business days. Shipping within the US: typically 3–5 business days after production.

So most orders arrive within about a week to ten days of being placed. Busy periods around holidays can add a few days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the production facility. If you have not received tracking within seven business days, email us and we will check on it.

Multiple items

Orders containing several pieces are sometimes produced at different facilities and may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. You are never charged extra for this.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the return shipping cost.
